Thank you DEALERS!!!

The entire staff of Ohayocon would like to thank you all for a fantastic 2010! As a special gift to you and our attendees we will be using part of Battelle Hall for the new layout in the Dealer's Room. Please check back for more information regarding when we will be opening the room for dealer applications.

DEALERS INFORMATION:
Each booth space is at least 8’ square and includes the following:

- One (1) 6’ table

- Two (2) chairs


The maximum numbers of booths any exhibitor may request is four (4). Special requests for booth location in the Dealers’ Room will not be accepted. All booth exact locations will be determined by the Ohayocon 11 staff.

If you plan to sell swords, your plan must be pre-approved by Ohayocon 11 staff to be allowed to be part of the Dealers’ Room. This only pertains to metal swords (“live steel”). This requirement does not apply to wooden swords, plastic swords, or any sword-like objects made of any material. Ohayocon 11 will be limiting the number of exhibitors permitted to sell swords in our Dealers’ Room, due to safety and insurance concerns, and will be chosen on a first-come first-serve basis. No protestation will be heard.
