Registration Instructions

We are introducing an all-new registration system for 2016! For those of you familiar with our old pre-registration system, please bear in mind that your previous EZRegID will no longer apply. Each badge purchase will be a new transaction going forward.

For starters, go to the EVENT REGISTRATION page and select the available Pre-Reg Ticket for the time period in which you are registering. Next, select the number of ADULT BADGES you will be purchasing. Click on the Register Now button.

Fill out the required contact information for each attendee being registered. There is an option to copy address information from the primary registrant for all other attendees. NOTE: EACH ATTENDEE’S NAME MUST BE ENTERED FOR EACH BADGE! Then click the Proceed to Payment Options button.

You will have a chance to review your registration here. PayPal is the only payment option. Click on Proceed to Finalize Registration.

You will be taken to PayPal’s Secure Checkout site. Here you can login with your PayPal account or pay directly with a credit or debit card.

After confirming your payment, you’ll be taken to a payment confirmation page with a transaction ID. DO NOT CLOSE THIS TAB/WINDOW. Be sure to click on Return to Ohayocon LLC.

On this page, you will have the option of editing your attendee information, viewing and printing your registration details, and sharing your pre-registration on social media.

All of this information will be emailed to you, as well. Hang onto these emails for your records.
