We have several options for your visit this January, which are outlined here. A “badge” is what anime cons call a pass: you must wear it in order to gain access to the show. Please be aware we only accept cash at the door. Ready? You can register now. Pre-registration price schedule

Pre-registration is like will call at the theatre or stadium: there is a separate, (theoretically) faster line for claiming your badge. We do not mail or email badges. The pre-reg price for the Weekend Badge is set to this schedule:

COVID-19 Policy

When you register, you must agree to the following terms regarding SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19:

Ohayocon and/or its venues may require you and/or anyone you have received consent from to register via this service (“You”) to wear a mask or equivalent facial covering at any time and in any or all locations of the venues, and/or require you to provide proof of vaccination before you may receive your admission token (e.g. a badge). You agree to do so if required, and agree to follow all related instructions and posted protocols from venue employees and Ohayocon staff. There may be specific exceptions for specific people and/or specific circumstances, which may be made in person by Ohayocon executives and/or posted on our website, in our program guide, and/or at the venues. You understand and agree that failure to comply with these terms may result in forfeiture or revocation of your admission (i.e., forfeiture of your badge) without refund.

Further, you understand that attending Ohayocon is voluntary and involves some risk of being exposed to, contracting, displaying symptoms of, or otherwise experiencing SARS-CoV-2 and/or COVID-19. You agree that you assume the full risk, and Ohayocon cannot be held liable for any damages related to SARS-CoV-2 and/or COVID-19. Finally, you assert that you have received consent from each other person you register via this service and that they also agree to these terms.

There is a location on the pre-registration service for you to indicate your agreement. Policies regarding COVID-19 are available on our Policies & Guidelines page. We will not offer refunds if you agree to the terms and later decide you no longer want to attend because of COVID-19 policies.

Age and ID verification

Ohayocon is geared toward a 14+ audience with some late-night sprinklings of 18+ and 21+ restricted events. Attendees under 13 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Up to two children under 13 are admitted for free with a paid admission.

If you pre-register, the name you register to your badge must match your ID, though you can write any name (or no name at all) on the badge. This is to ensure you are the only person who can claim your badge. We will otherwise only use the name you registered to your badge while discussing your purchase with you. The policies regarding acceptable ID for verification of identity and age are available here.

Programs billed as “Night” events (e.g. “Friday night”) occur between 12–3 a.m. on the following calendar day, but are considered as being on the named day for admission purposes. For example, an event at 2 a.m. Saturday is a “Friday night” event and requires either a Friday or Weekend badge for admission.

Group discount

Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a $5-per-badge pre-order discount. This saves you double what you would pay in service fees. Simply pre-order all of your badges in the same transaction and the system will automatically apply the discount. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message.

Refunds and transfers

Badges are non-refundable and only good for the show they’re purchased for. We will offer a refund if the issue is our fault. You may transfer your badge to another person until the last day of pre-registration by contacting customer service.
