We’re here for you. If you need assistance with something before or after Ohayocon, we have a customer service email which we check at least once per week (more frequently from September through February). You can use our contact form to send us a message.
If you have an issue with something during the convention, we’re always on standby in the show office (a.k.a. con-ops). Feel free to browse our policies if you have any questions beforehand.
