The passkey for the Hyatt Regency Columbus is now available! Reserve your room before they sell out!

Attention Campers!

Our room block at the Hyatt Regency Columbus is officially open for reservations on 5/25/2018 at 9am EST. Don’t miss your chance to camp in style (glamp?) at this premium location directly connected to our event space! The Passkey for booking will be coming soon.

Oh, and dont’ forget! Pre-Reg opens 5/21/18 at only 45$ for a full weekend pass to Ohayocon 2019! Prices go up in September (but don’t sleep on it, pre-reg grants you special access to all sorts of fun surprises that will be finalized closer to the event). See the full pricing chart here!

Attention campers!

The Ohayocon Road Team is heading to Acen this weekend to kick off this year’s pre-reg extravaganza! Yeah, you read that right! This year we’re not opening the flood gates in September like years before, this year we’re opening them in May! Betcha didn’t see that one coming, did you? You can invest in your 2019 weekend pass in person there or wait for the 21st when we’ll be opening sales online.

Oh, and you thought we would open registration without dangling something shiny in front of your face? Think again; we’ve got six whole shiny things to dangle, baby! The first batch of Ohayocon 2019 guests is ready to view! We’re bringing back fan favorites and adding some impressive new names to the list.

The website is officially up to date as of 3/20/2018! It’s been a bit of a slow start but we can’t wait to fill it up with all the fun new things in store! Keep your eyes peeled for a list of conventions we’ll be marketing at and when we’re opening up pre-reg!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We can’t say it enough.

Without you, this convention and online community could not possibly exist, and we owe you a big vote of thanks. Here’s some updates about the future:

  • If you would like to enter for a chance to win a free badge for next year, you can take our attendee survey and tell us your thoughts!
  • Our theme for next year is “Camp Ohayocon,” and we hope to see you there, cadets!
  • Technically our convention year ends Jan. 31, but since it is so close to that date, our customer service channels will remain active through Feb. 15, then revert to weekly checks during our long off-season.

This warrior for EDM Equality can be found performing almost at Bars, Clubs and Events in Indiana and she’s bringing her talents to Ohio for our signature nighttime event, Club Ohayocon!
